LISTINGS DOWN?
Although we have seen fewer homes coming on to the market, the overall amount of homes to buy is up from a year ago. We have also seen an increase in the amount of homes for rent as people have been taking their homes off the market and have chosen to rent them out rather than sell in a market like we have now.
The fact is homes do sell. There are buyers out there whether they are moving here for lifestyle, relocation for work, downsizing, moving up, or simply want a change. Buyers have a lot to choose from, so in order to sell you need to be priced correctly, and the exposure your home gets has to be extensive.
Both Lauren and I have been in tough markets before. We know the right actions that need to be taken in order to facilitate a smooth and timely sale of your home.
